Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Private Client Legal Partner who will bring strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of developing high-net-worth client relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s private client practice forward, demonstrating both legal excellence and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing private client legal team
• Manage a complex portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Provide expert advice on complex wealth management, estate planning, and succession strategies
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
• Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives
• Mentor junior lawyers and support professional development
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Essential Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in private client law
Extensive expertise in:
Desired Qualifications:
• TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) qualification
• Experience working with international and multi-jurisdictional clients
• Advanced knowledge of complex tax planning strategies
