      My client, a well-established and highly regarded firm with a specialist property litigation team, is seeking a motivated and professional junior solicitor (0–2 years PQE) to join their team based in South West London.

      The Firm

      The property litigation team is known for its high-quality work and exceptional client service. The client base includes real estate investment companies, institutions, developers, retailers, charities, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm is recognised in leading legal directories and is widely respected for the depth and value of work it handles.

      The Role

      You will be working within a supportive and experienced team dealing with a full spectrum of property-related disputes. The role offers excellent training and development opportunities, a strong culture of knowledge-sharing, and exposure to high-calibre work.

      Key Areas of Work May Include:

      • Lease renewals (contested and uncontested) for commercial properties
      • Possession and arrears recovery proceedings
      • Squatter and trespass claims, including injunctions
      • Forfeiture and breach of covenant issues
      • Service charge disputes (commercial and residential)
      • Fire and building safety matters
      • Boundary and right of way disputes
      • Adverse possession claims
      • Disrepair and telecoms disputes
      • Supporting the commercial real estate team

      About You:

      • Educated to degree level, ideally with a 2:1 or above
      • Qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify) with a seat or experience in property litigation
      • Strong interest in property disputes and a desire to develop expertise in this area
      • Able to manage your own caseload and work with minimal supervision
      • Technically proficient, commercially aware, and detail-oriented
      • Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to grow your legal career
      • Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships
